Necropolis
Adventure and strategy mobile game
Gameplay
You play as a freshly resurrected queen who wants to get rid of a small clique of self-proclaimed lords: the Paladins. To do so, you will have to explore the Bog by overcoming all its obstacles. These excursions are an opportunity to discover the world of the game, its inhabitants and treasures... and kick the ass to giant swampy creatures! Outside of exploration, you can perform one action per turn:
- Build/Upgrade one of the 5 Halls
- Exhumate one of your citizens
- Learn a secret
By the way, Paladins regularly attack your beautiful city!
There are many ways to achieve your goals: exhume as many undead as possible, gather Flesh to recruit an army of allies, discover a lot of powerful spells, and much more.
The game includes:
- 8 Excursions,
- 5 Undeads and 1 secret citizen,
- 4 Allies, 3 Weapons, 5 Trapset 3 Spells,
- 13 Paladins.
A run usually lasts an hour and the game offers moderate replayability.
Screenshots
The lands of Sinistra offer varied landscapes, from a magic mountain to the putrid marsh, and of course a beautiful fort. Divided into 5 distinct regions, this world counts two cities, Miseryburg, and another whose name was forgotten by the author himself. The latter fell into disuse because of a strange curse... and the player is its sovereign.
-
Upper City: a prosperous old metropolis that has fallen into disuse since. The Necropolis lies pitifully among the ruins.
-
The Bog: poisonous marshes dotted with ruins of a technological kingdom.
-
Miseryburg: the city of all humans. Fields are sprouting up all around the city, but half of the crops are taxed... hence the name.
-
The Deshydrates: at the bottom of the canyon can be seen the ashes of ancient villages, but also the lair of the Forsaken.
-
The Ethereal Vale: a magical moor crowned by the Source that feeds life.
